Vision
W e envision a world where women and girls have equal access to resources and opportunities, tailored to their female-based needs and desires in order for them to fulfil their potentials; where they maintain an independent freedom of choice by questioning traditional and non-traditional stereotyping, and where they enjoy their rights to full self-expression and self-determination with grace and dignity.
Mission
O ur mission is to expand opportunities for all (young) women and youth who experience multiple disadvantages, power abuse and are interlocked in a system of oppression. We do this by empowering women and youth that are most at risk but foremost we target the system that excludes and restricts them in fully participating in life and in their self-fulfilment.
Intergenerational visionary approach
w e have a strong intergenerational approach. As the world is home to the largest generation of youth in history, we consider them, including young men, as the greatest determinants of a gender balanced future and seek to empower them as partner in achieving our goals.
ECO-mission approach
W e urge for compassionate women’s leadership in the conservation of natural resources, promotion of the environment, protection of all living beings and in encouraging youth’s role in those.
